Euan Moseley was a geography teacher for most of his career, though latterly he taught music. Now retired, he runs or cycles most days to stay fit and confident when rock-climbing. “I’m happy now climbing solo once a week to keep me on my mettle.”

Married to Margaret, they live in a house they built in 1974-76 in Derbyshire, England; well, Euan made the sandwiches. They have a son, daughter, two grandchildren, a dog and a varying number of chickens.
